Ellie is a 16.3hh 11 year old chestnut mare. Bought from Andy Austin in 2004 she was the most fantastic amateurs horse. Jumping everything we asked of her she would win week in week out up to 1.25m. Fast, careful, brave and genuine she was amazing, but unfortunately in 2005 became lame and after months of examinations, box rest and trying to restart her career, she was retired to being a broodmare last year. The vets could not find what was wrong so we decided it best for her to have a break. Ellie is now hopefully in foal for 2009 to "Burgraaf".
